Carmen is working at Atos Spain as Head of the Transport Systems and Urban Mobility Unit. She holds a technical degree in Computer Engineering.

She has worked as project manager in R&D Projects in logistics, transport and SmartCities domains,  having a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification .She  has been involved in European projects such as (SmartAgriFood, ASTUTE, FIWARE, BIVEE, FIspace, FRACTALS, VICINITY, AEOLIX, CORE, Palaemon , INFINITECH)

Furthermore, she is interested in innovation, design thinking and co-creation activities and has managed the business development activities in several R&D projects.
